An online group course for people who have studied A1.1 level (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Service Description
IS THIS COURSE FOR YOU? Yes, if you have completed an A1.1 course with me or another teacher, or if you have studied the Lithuanian language on your own and have an understanding of the language at the A1.1 level. If you are not sure about your level, feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to help you! COURSE CONTENT: During this course, you will learn how to: Ask for and give directions. Purchase tickets. Describe your home. Rent a room. Shop for clothing. Discuss your health with friends and a doctor. Register for appointments. Buy medicine. Talk about your work. Express your interests and hobbies. ...and more! Upon completing this course, you will have acquired basic knowledge and skills in the Lithuanian language, enabling you to communicate in simple everyday situations. COURSE SCHEDULE: Online lessons will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am Lithuanian time. Each lesson will last 90 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. MATERIALS: You will need to purchase a book called “Sėkmės” for your homework. This book is available in printed or PDF format, with a cost ranging between €16 and €24. We will be using the second volume for this course. If you have already completed the A1.1 course with me, you already have it. Additional materials and homework will also be provided. HOW DOES AN ONLINE GROUP COURSE WORK? Online group lessons are very similar to face-to-face lessons. We will interact as a group while learning new vocabulary, grammar, and completing listening, reading or speaking tasks. During every lesson, there will be tasks for students to work on in breakout rooms, either in pairs or small groups. I, your teacher, will visit your breakout rooms and assist you if you need help. This means that you will have plenty of time to speak Lithuanian with me and your classmates, as if you were in a physical classroom. WHAT IF I MISS A LESSON? If you are unable to attend a lesson, don't worry. Every lesson will be recorded, allowing you to watch it and catch up with the class. CAN MY COMPANY PAY FOR ME? Yes! Contact me with your company details, and I will issue an invoice in their name. COURSE FEE AND PAYMENT: The A1.2 course costs €447. To reserve your spot, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €149 through this website using your bank card. The remaining amount must be paid by June 23rd, 2025, and can be split into two instalments.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before the Course Starts: Students can cancel their booking free of charge before the course begins. However, I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you decide to cancel, so your spot can be offered to someone else. 2. Cancellation During the First Week: If you are not satisfied with the course, you may cancel during the first week, and your paid deposit will be fully refunded. 3. Commitment After the First Week: After the first week of the course, I kindly ask you to commit to the full course and complete the payment for the remaining balance. 5. Missed Lessons: If you miss a lesson, don’t worry! All sessions are recorded, and you will have access to the recordings to catch up. 6. Refunds Beyond the First Week: Refunds are not available after the first week of the course unless exceptional circumstances arise, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 7. Payment Deadlines: The remaining balance for the course must be paid by June 23rd 2025. Late payments may result in removal from the course unless otherwise agreed upon.
